Lake

Malawi (The Warm Heart of Africa) has a lot to offer as a tourist destination. Mountains and Plateaus

Mulanje Mountain which is also known as the Mulanje Massif and nicknamed as the “Island in the Sky” by the locals is Malawi’s most hiked mountain with its highest point Sapitwa towering 3002m above sea level. Hiking trips are also offered in the most notable places like Zomba Plateau which has historical sites and a beautiful scenery and last but not least is Nyika National Park which offers day safari walks or hikes and a multi-day hike on its famous Livingstonia trail.

Art and Culture

For Art and culture enthusiasts; visiting Dedza Mountain’s “Chongoni Rock Art” which was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage in 2006 won’t do you harm. Dedza Pottery and the Mua Mission’s Kungoni Centre of Culture & Arts are also within the same proximity.
